Hi!

My name is Sabina. I am a lifetime yoga student and a certified yoga instructor (E-RYT 500+/YACEP) living in Zurich with my dog Bao.

I walked into a yoga studio in 2008 - the first step of what would prove to be an expanding and exhilarating journey. Inspired by my teachers from all over the world, I became an avid and passionate student. Diving deeper into yoga, I fell in love with the power of sharing my practice.

My yoga practice will forever be one of my favorite contradictions: finding stillness in movement.
